Multiplan is a real estate investment company, focused mainly in shopping centres.
In Rio de Janeiro, the marketing agency I worked for was responsible for the social media side of two of the biggest shopping centres in the city, Barrashopping and Villagemall.
In my 3 years at the agency, I went from learning the basics of after effects to leading the design team and being a part of the creation of several projects.
One of my favorite projects in my time at the agency.
Barrashopping is known for having the biggest indoor fairground in Brazil. To use the rides, customers have to purchase a card and top up with the amount they wish to spend. The card itself went through a rebranding, and to announce it, I created this product animation, using Blender, Fspy and then After Effects.
I created a 3D version of the card with its new design, used Fspy to analise and scan the video we recorded, taking the space, lighting, shadows and positioning of certain objects in to consideration. After that, I animated the card in Blender and finalised the video in After Effects.

Fathers day, Mothers day, Valentines day, Easter and Christmas. Some of the most important and profitable dates for Multiplan.
Every one of these special dates have a big promotion campaign to incentive clients to spend a certain amount for the chance to win big prizes, such as cars, vouchers, chocolates and lots more.
My job was to animate videos for the campaigns, that would then be posted all over social media.

special visual projects for recurring events
Once a month, we had a goal: Hand in a creation that the client wasn't expecting.
Something big, something special. Something they weren't expecting and would come as a surprise.
One of these projects was for a food truck event that happened every 3 months around Barrashoppings outside area. The idea was simple, film one of the outside areas and make it look like a hamburger was falling from the sky.
For this video, I had the help of a data base video in alpha (the hamburger falling from the sky). I then masked out the trees and the foliage, duplicated the layers and put them over the footage of the hamburger. To finalise the video, I added the logo of the event on the top bun, to make it look like it had been hot branded.
